mybikeREGO is a facilitation service that helps you when you are involved in an cycling accident or if your bike/s are stolen. mybikeREGO helps facilitate the flow of information between the emergency contacts you provide, the Police and the Emergency Response personnel attending the scene of the accident. In order for mybikeREGO to assist you, it is necessary for us to request personal information including your contact details and the names of people you wish to be notified in case of an emergency or accident in order that Emergency Response personnel can contact you in case of theft, or your nominated emergency contact/s if you are involved in an accident.
It is important to us that you feel comfortable that our site is secure and that any details you provide us will be treated confidentially.
All personal information collected through this site such as personal details, questionnaire results, e-mail details and any correspondence will be kept confidential and carefully guarded.
By joining mybikeREGO, you provide mybikeREGO and its corporate entity the right to share your personal information to the appropriate Emergency Response personnel or doctor, paramedic or other person attending the scene of an accident should you be involved in one, as well as share the same information to the Police if you report the bike stolen and the police wish to contact you.

While we take all reasonable care to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that information sent and received over the Internet is 100% secure. Sending and receiving information over the mybikeREGO Internet site is therefore at the users own risk.
Only authorised persons employed by mybikeREGO and Emergency Response Personnel will have access to your personal information. This is kept in a secure environment and all involved are required to adhere to strict confidentiality policies.

We will only disclose specific information to the Police via a secure portal which will be used should you be involved in an accident and are injured or killed, or if your bike is stolen. We will also only disclose information if required by law.
If you provide personal information, you are subsequently entitled to have access to it. You can log into the mybikeREGO member area of our website and access and manage your personal information using the username and password provided when you originally registered.
If you choose not to provide this information, it will not be possible for you to register with mybikeREGO.
We may use the information we collect from you in aggregate to help us analyse the quality of our service and help provide related products for our clients.
